If you register with Google for the first time, completing that sign-in constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy for the new account, and we record that event with the document version shown on this page.
If you do not agree, do not use the service, do not create an account, and do not submit payment.
Scope of the service
{site_name} provides a paid digital workflow that lets a user create a delayed message to the same user's email account, subject to payment verification, anti-abuse controls, service availability, and technical limitations. Intellectual property and license limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or speculative damages, including lost opportunities, lost data, emotional distress, missed reminders, failed self-improvement plans, mailbox issues, provider blocks, reputation harm, or losses caused by third parties, user error, abuse controls, outages, legal compulsion, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where mandatory law does not allow a full exclusion, liability will be limited to the minimum amount that law permits.
